What Each Session Looks Like

Breathing + Rolling (3–4 minutes)

A short prep to calm the nervous system and reduce protective tension, so new movement actually sticks.

Warm-Up Flow (6–8 minutes)

Focus Movement (3–5 minutes)

One bodyweight pattern or transition that reinforces strength, control, and confidence.
